GENERAL PROVISIONS
This Privacy Policy applies to the information that AROX GROUP (hereinafter – the “Company”) may obtain regarding the user (hereinafter – the “User”) from the website www.aroxgroup.am (hereinafter – the “Website”). (The Company and the User together hereinafter – the “Parties”).The Company does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites and/or mobile applications that the User may access through links available on the Website. If the User does not agree with any provision of this Privacy Policy, they must refrain from using the Website.
DATA COLLECTION
The Company may collect the following data:
· First name, last name, and contact information provided by the User via the feedback form;
· Email address.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes arising in connection with this Privacy Policy shall be resolved through negotiations. By mutual agreement, the Parties shall establish a pre-demand method for resolving disputes arising from the Privacy Policy. Party alleging a violation shall submit a written claim to the alleged violator. This Privacy Policy is governed by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
OTHER PROVISIONS
By accessing the Website, the User confirms that they have fully read and understood the contents of this Privacy Policy and have no objections to it. The Company reserves the right to unilaterally amend this Privacy Policy at any time. The new version becomes effective from the moment it is posted on the Website, unless otherwise specified. Invalidity or cancellation of any part of this Privacy Policy does not affect the validity of its other provisions. This Privacy Policy is drafted in Armenian, Russian, and English, and is binding for the Parties. In case of discrepancies, the Armenian version shall prevail.
